A Few Things, Done For Every Episode.
We keep a short list. Recording, editing, mixing, mastering, writing, and delivery — the same chain, run the same way, week after week. Below is exactly what each stage costs and what you get back.
What A Finished Episode Costs You
Every Stage, Named And Priced
There is no mystery line on our invoice. A finished episode is the sum of a handful of distinct jobs — directing the session, cleaning the tape, shaping the structure, mixing to standard, and handing it to your host. You can buy the whole chain, or just the stages you can't do yourself.
Most clients start with a single episode so they can hear the difference before committing a season. The rates below are per episode of up to 60 minutes of finished runtime; longer shows are quoted on the same footing.

Stage By Stage, À La Carte
Session Direction
We run the recording — levels set before you speak, pacing watched throughout, and a question list prepared so the raw tape comes in close to finished. In our booth or over a remote link.
Editing & Cleanup
Dead air, stumbles, mouth noise, cross-talk, and filler words removed by hand. The conversation keeps its rhythm; the clutter leaves without a trace.
Mixing & Mastering
Levels balanced and mastered to −16 LUFS for spoken-word, so the show sits right on earbuds, car speakers, and smart speakers without the listener reaching for the volume.
Scripting & Structure
Cold opens written, segment order set, and transitions tightened so a listener is carried from the first line to the last. Includes a run sheet you can read straight through.
Sound Design & Music
Original beds, licensed cues, and considered effects — placed where they earn their keep and nowhere else. Includes a reusable intro and outro built for the show.
Publishing-Ready Delivery
Tagged, loudness-matched files with show notes and chapter markers, delivered to your host on the day they're due. Bundled free with full production; available on its own below.

The Questions We Hear First
Do I need my own recording equipment?
No. Record in our booth at 205 W Orange Street and we handle the gear and the room. If you'd rather record remotely, we set up the link and direct the session over it — a usable microphone on your end is enough, and we'll recommend one if you don't have it.
We already have a show. Can you take it over mid-season?
Often, yes. Send us a recent episode and a note on where it's hosted. We'll match your existing sound so the handover isn't audible to listeners, then fold in any improvements you want from there.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
One round of notes is standard with every episode and turned around quickly. Further passes are billed at $75 each — in practice, most shows settle in one round once the first season finds its footing.
How are longer episodes priced?
Package rates cover finished runtime up to 60 minutes. Beyond that we quote on the same per-stage footing before work begins, so the figure you approve is the figure you're invoiced.
What does turnaround actually look like?
Your first cut comes back for review within 48 hours of the session. After your notes, publishing-ready files land inside seven days as standard — or the next business day with the rush add-on.
How do payments work?
Single episodes and add-ons are invoiced on delivery. Series partnerships are billed monthly in advance. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash — there is no cart here; you book the work and we invoice it.

Tell us the format, how often you'd publish, and whether you already have tape. We'll reply with the right package and the next open session.
